Tripty Arya is the Founder & CEO of Travtus, a London based Artificial Intelligence Research & Development company with an aim to automate property management by 2021. The company focuses on machine learning and data driven solutions for automating property operations. It currently has offices in US, UK & Singapore. Tripty has gained experience in all facets of the real estate industry while working as an entrepreneur; having evolved the Travtus brand from its roots as a general contractor into a global player, including creating a design and build construction company in Singapore with a turnover of $3 million with public & private sector contracts. Tripty has a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (BArch) and a Master's in Real Estate Development (MArch), both from Cornell University and an MBA from Columbia Business School, USA.
