Vinay Nair is CEO and co-founder of Lightful, a technology company that helps charities, trusts and foundations in over 40 countries to raise greater awareness & funds. Vinay started his career at JPMorgan, leaving the company as Executive Director in 2009 to join the Clinton Foundation as Global Fund Technical Advisor. Following that, he was Head of International Business Development at Acumen Fund and a board member of its portfolio company, Durable Activated Residual Textiles from 2012-2014. He joined Social & Sustainable Capital as a Director and subsequently set up Lightful alongside Carlos Miranda and John W. Murnane. Vinay has been CEO at Lightful since August 2016 following its Series A fundraising of £4 million. He holds a Bachelors degree in Economics and Political Science from Trinity College Dublin and a Masters in Public Administration from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
