Vinay Patel joined the Social Care sector in 2013 as a care provider after spending over 18 years as a barrister specialising in various areas of law at leading barristers’ chambers, leading law firms and in-house legal departments of large multinational corporations. He is an alumnus of King’s College, London and a member of the Honourable Society of Middle Temple. Vinay leads KRG Healthcare, which continues to grow with the addition of more care homes planned over the coming years. KRG Healthcare thrives on being a boutique care provider with a fabulous team delivering high standards of care through their core values.

As a co-founder of PredicAire, Vinay brings his care provider experience having gone through a dramatic turnaround of his two care homes in recent years. Recognising the need for a holistic end to end care management software looking at digitising the whole care home operation under one ecosystem and better use of the data collected by care teams on a day to day basis, Vinay embarked on a journey with the other co-founders of PredicAire to realise their vision by ensuring deployment of responsible technology and Artificial Intelligence in Social Care which would empower all stakeholders to provide Better Care | Better Outcomes, and revolutionise the care sector.
