Wai Foong Ng is Founder & CEO at Matchable, a B2B platform matching companies and their employees with innovative, upskilling volunteering projects at non-profits and impact startups. Projects matched range from transforming Columbian farmers into cacao entrepreneurs using Blockchain to helping children deal with grief using Augmented Reality and AI. Launched in 2019, Matchable has secured contracts and delivered matches with some of London’s biggest firms and tech scale-ups and are delivering over £420 million of value via 600,000 hours to organisations changing the world over the next 5 years. Matchable was incubated by venture studio, The Good Lab, and is 20% owned by 8 of the UK’s largest charities including the British Red Cross, the RSPCA and WaterAid who came together to brainstorm new solutions to their collective problems. Wai holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of Cambridge and is a Chartered Accountant who worked at PwC for more than a decade before founding Suits & Startups, a community bringing together people working in big City organisations and startup founders.
