Dr Yoge Patel is CEO of Blue Bear Systems that delivers technical solutions and consultancy on Unmanned Air Systems specialising in rapid prototyping, design, build and flight test of UAVs. Yoge is an authoritative and respected figure in the Aerospace industry and has over 25+ years’ experience. She is also a technical specialist in flight clearance, departure prediction, system modelling and simulation. From 1995 - 2006, at QinetiQ she led pan-site (Bedford, Boscombe, Farnborough and Malvern) Fast Jet and UAS programmes. In 2006, Yoge left as a QinetiQ Fellow in Flight Control and Technical Manager to lead Blue Bear, in Bedfordshire. In August 2016, she became the CEO of Cassima, which has a team dedicated to live, virtual and constructive (LVC) modelling and simulation, creating and delivering innovations in the Aerospace Sector.
