Zahra Hassan
Zahra Hassan is an investor and advisor, the Co-Founder of Eligible AI, a UK-based fintech that helps financial institutions engage and retain more of their customers. She is also an investor and advisor at Ciel Capital, an innovative real estate investor, joint venture equity partner and asset manager. Prior to that Zahra was Vice President at Raine and before that she was at CODE Advisors, a digital media and technology boutique investment bank. At CODE, Zahra worked on capital raising and sell-side advisory for late-stage digital media and internet firms. Focused on European coverage and execution, Zahra worked on transactions such as Spotify's fundraisings, Supercell's secondary financing and subsequent sale to SoftBank and Shutl's sale to eBay. Prior to CODE, Zahra was at UBS in European Mergers & Acquisitions and part of the dedicated sell-side advisory team. Zahra holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Chicago and an MBA from London Business School.
